An EICR (Electrical installation condition report) Or more commonly known in the renting sector as "The landlord certificate". The EICR / Landlord certificate has become very well known in the past few years due to changes in the country's LAW. Its is now a legal requirement for landlords to have an EICR / Landlord certificate. Not for just one but each country must have there own EICR / Landlord certificate completed to a SATISFACTORY manner. We have carried out many EICR / Landlord certificates over the years and have built strong relationships with landlords and estate agents to ensure there properties meet legal requirements. VICTORIAN REFURB
The Tonbridge victorian house refurbishment has been completed. We worked closely with our trusted partners to deliver high end bespoke results on this refurbishment of this victorian property. This refurb consisted of high end gold/black lighting fixtures, with all accessories plates being from the Corston high end range. With many pictures, video reels and case logs across our social media platforms, This refurb was a pleasure for Quinnpulse electrical and where others shy away from the challenge...We approach with ambition and experience.

The Winter months approach..Which means the darker nights follow.Outside lighting can combat the darker nights with many options available. Our outside lights can be configured in a variety of ways to work to your needs. Our outside lighting to to the left? A popular Up & Down lighting arrangement configured with a Dusk till Dawn sensor meaning the outside lighting will activate when the sun sets and de-activate when it rises again.
